RETURN POLICY
Are you a customer-consumer and do you want to return your purchased products? You can do this! Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You will then get the full order amount including shipping costs credited to your account.
Conditions?
Your notice to cancel the order must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have 14 days to return your purchased product. You shall return the product to FlexiQ with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
Own costs?
Only the cost of return from your home to FlexiQ is at your own expense. This cost depends in part on the courier service you choose.
How to notify?
To exercise this right, you may contact us at info@flexiqgames.com, or you may deliver another unambiguous statement declaring your withdrawal from the agreement. In doing so, you can use the form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? If so, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then still try to change the order for you. For more information regarding your right of withdrawal: see also Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Shipping policy
We can deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. We make every effort to deliver the order to you as carefully and as soon as possible. Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, we try to ship the next business day. Typically, delivery will then take place the following business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Product prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are: € 4.99 for all deliveries to Belgium up to € 40.00 incl. VAT and € 6.99 for all deliveries to the Netherlands up to € 40.00 incl. btw. Free delivery is possible from a total order value of €40.00 incl. btw. Delivery is made via bpost’s letter carrier or other appointed parcel deliverer.
